The agenda includes decisions on the seminarian support program, the Hall of Fame induction scheduled for Oct. 23 in Hillsboro #4608 Hall, and membership blitz items for the month of October. Illinois State Council membership director Steve Mann will update officers regarding membership data, and members will vote on ratification of changes in the by-laws and Hall of Fame procedural updates.
