Officers will meet at 12:30 p.m. with a light lunch served at 1 p.m. The regular meeting will begin at 2 p.m.

The agenda will include the Bishop's Fund for vocations, especially since the Springfield diocese now has 26 seminarians currently studying for the priesthood. Also on the agenda will be the annual budget approval and the 2012 Hall of Fame Bishop's Dinner.
