Three-day mission to be held in Taylorville

TAYLORVILLE — St. Mary Parish will sponsor a three-day parish mission April 6-9 at the church, 108 W. Adams St. The evening sessions will begin at 7 p.m., followed by refreshments and fellowship in the cafeteria.

dl-taylorville-mission-father-john-markThe theme for the mission will be “Where Is God These Days?” Leading the mission will be Father John Mark Ettensohn, OMI, who will ask such questions as:

  • Is God with us still, and if so, how?

  • Why does it seem like God is so distant at times, especially when there is a critical need?
