Administrative office names new CCLS assistant

DECATUR — Catholic Charities of Decatur has added three new members to the advisory board. Natalie Beck, Janet Ernst and Lynn McElroy began their three year terms in September.

Officers elected were Tappi McLeod, president; Kyle Talleur, vice president; Mary Ann Fawcett, finance officer; and Gretchen Murphy, secretary.

Eighteen other members remain on the advisory board.

"We feel honored to have such a fine representation on our advisory board and are looking forward to working together this new fiscal year," said Marie Rademacher, area director of Catholic Charities.

Meanwhile, William Henry has been named program assistant for Catholic Charities Legal Services (CCLS). The community-based program, based at Catholic Charities administrative office in Springfield, assists those with little income in legal assistance in civil matters. Henry, a native of Cleveland, Ohio, was an assistant Illinois attorney general in the the Child Support Enforcement Division for 27 years. He resides in New Berlin with his wife, Lisa, and they are members of St. Mary's Parish.
