Sister Lenore was a nurse and administrator in hospitals in Illinois, Wisconsin, Missouri, and Arizona. She returned to St. Francis Convent in 2004.

Sister Lenore was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Frank, Edward, Louis, James, Chester, Michael, Adolph, Ted, Harry, and Roman; her sisters, Victoria Tyczkowski and Clara Wozniak. She is survived by her sister, Mary Marunowski, and several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and cousins.

The funeral Mass was held July 18 at St. Francis Convent, with Father Andre Schludecker, OFM, presiding.  Burial was in Crucifixion Hill Cemetery, Springfield.

Staab Funeral Home, Springfield, was in charge of arrangements.
