Mrs. Maynerich was born Oct. 20, 1951 in Springfield, daughter of John E. and Wanda (Peterson) Hein. She married Frank Maynerich Jr. on Aug. 18, 1973 in Virden. She was a member of Sacred Heart Church, Virden.

Surviving are her husband, Deacon Maynerich, who serves St. Joseph the Worker Parish in Chatham; mother, Wanda Hein of Virden; sons, Mark J. and John M. Maynerich both of Springfield, Luke N. Maynerich of Chatham, Matthew A. and Paul J. Maynerich both of Virden; daughters, Sarah N. Pierce and Rachel A. Maynerich both of Virden; sisters, Shelley Marsaglia of Girard, Kris Cervellone of Springfield, Gretchen Henry of Milwaukee, Wis.; eight grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death was her father, John E. Hein.

The funeral Mass was Dec. 12 at St. Joseph the Worker Church in Chatham, with Fathers George Morelock, Christopher House and John Nolan officiating. Burial was in Virden Cemetery.
